Rachael Visser
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
"I am passionate about ensuring you reach your full potential, while also supporting the family and support network around you."
After graduating from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Rachael returned to the community in which she grew up. She has over 10 years of experience working in the Bundaberg region and supports her clients with empathy and expertise.

Rachael focuses on promoting your independence. She has undertaken advanced studies in complex home modifications, assistive technology, falls prevention, and stroke rehabilitation to ensure she can offer you the most current and effective solutions. Her goal is to make your daily life easier and safer, whether that means recommending equipment or modifying your home environment.
When she isn't supporting clients:
You will find Rachael catching up with family and friends over coffee, playing with her dogs or watching sports.
Jordan Visser
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
"I love seeing my clients become stronger and more independent, knowing that our work together is tangibly improving their quality of life."
Jordan is a Physiotherapist who completed his schooling and training right here in Bundaberg. He understands that physical health is the foundation of independence. Jordan works closely with you to improve your strength and mobility, ensuring you can remain safe and comfortable in your home and community.
With further study in Dry Needling, Exercise & Rehab, and Assistive Technology, Jordan brings a comprehensive approach to pain management and physical rehabilitation. He is dedicated to reducing your risk of falls and helping you manage pain effectively so you can focus on doing the things you love.
When he isn't supporting clients:
Jordan enjoys playing basketball, strumming his guitar, and hanging out with friends.

Ryan Visser
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
"I am dedicated to advocacy and inclusivity, ensuring that even our clients in rural and remote areas receive the high-quality support they deserve."
Ryan brings a unique perspective to Bundaberg occupational therapy. Before registering as an OT, he was an experienced secondary teacher specialising in Biology and Chemistry. This background in education helps him break down complex information, making it easier for clients and families to understand their therapy plans.

Graduating with first-class honours from CQUniversity, Ryan has a strong passion for making the world more accessible. To better serve you, he has pursued advanced studies in complex home modifications through the Access Institute. He works tirelessly to support your meaningful activities, hobbies, and daily tasks, collaborating closely with your family and care team to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Ben Dean
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Ben is a registered Occupational Therapist who brings a wealth of local knowledge and a genuine passion for empowering others.
A proud member of Occupational Therapy Australia, he graduated from CQUniversity with a first-class honours degree in a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.

Throughout his career, Ben has established strong relationships within the Bundaberg community. He is committed to providing high-quality care across the Wide Bay region, supporting people to achieve their goals and foster greater independence so they can continue to live life on their own terms.
During personal time, he enjoys weight training in the gym and running, unwinding at home, and spending time with friends and family

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
"I am passionate about empowering people to find meaning and happiness in their everyday lives, no matter the challenges they face."
Lilianna is an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist who grew up in Bundaberg and is proud to serve her local community.
She graduated with honours from the University of the Sunshine Coast and deepened her understanding of evidence-based, person-centred care through a research pathway exploring sensory sensitivity and breastfeeding.

Lilianna’s goal as an occupational therapist is to support individuals and families across the lifespan, promoting independence and enhancing well-being within their natural environments. She is dedicated to working alongside clients to help them live as they choose - finding purpose, confidence, and fulfilment, every step of the way.
When she isn't supporting clients:
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, and doing yoga.
Jyett Powell
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Jyett is an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist and a proud member of Occupational Therapy Australia.
She brings a warm, client-centred, and practical approach to every therapy session, ensuring that each individual feels heard, valued, and empowered.

Jyett tailors functional, goal-oriented strategies that align with each person’s unique strengths, needs, and environment. Her commitment is to make a real difference - enabling people to live as safely, independently, and purposefully as possible in their own communities.
